What services don't you support?
We do not support the following services: NT Servers, Cold Fusion, Access Databases, Telnet access or SSH access.

What if I am not satisfied with your hosting?
If you try our service for 30 days, stay within our Acceptable Use Policy, and decide that it does not meet your needs within that amount of time, then all you have to do is cancel your hosting account before the 30th day and you will receive your hosting fee back.  This does not include the domain registration though because the registrar is another business in itself.

What limits do you place on the material that you host?
We do not allow illegal, adult, or other offensive material to be hosted on our servers. Any material found to be illegal will immediately be reported to the authorities. We also forbid our servers to be used to send bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Acceptable Use Policy for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept checks drawn on US banks only.

What are your primary and secondary DNS servers?

Can I use telnet or ssh access?
We do not offer telnet or ssh access for security reasons.

Do you support NT Servers?
We do not support NT Servers. This also means that we do not support Microsoft Access.

What version of PERL are you running?
We are running PERL 5.6.0

What databases do you support?
We support MySQL/PHP4.

What type of hardware do your web servers use?
Linux operating system, running the Apache Web Server with Perl 5.6.0 and PhP4 support.

How much do you charge to register a domain name?
We prefer you register your own domain name with VeriSign at www.networksolutions.com
and put in our name servers after purchasing a hosting package from us.  They charge $35
annually for a domain name and your domains are easy to manage.  But we can register a new
domain for you as part of the hosting ordering process.

Why do you register domain names with VeriSign?
VeriSign may cost a few dollars more per year than other Registrars, but they offer the best
in customer service, domain record changes are fast and smooth, and you have more control of
your domain name.  You don't have to go through our company to manage your domain name while
you host with us or if you move to another host.

How long does it take to process a new domain name or to transfer an existing domain name?
Domains take up to 72 hours to process. For domain transfers the start time begins when you approve the domain transfer.

Does your service include dialup access to the Internet?
Our hosting service does not include Internet dialup access.
