Hosting Order Form
To complete the ordering process, you must read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of our Acceptable Use Policy, the accompanying fee schedule, transfer policy, and dispute policy, and any rules or policies that are or may be published by sirrux.com or VeriSign. You acknowledge that sirrux.com may modify this Agreement if necessary to comply with its Agreement with the registrar and ICANN, or for any other business purpose.

If you try our service for 30 days, stay within our Acceptable Use Policy, and decide that it does not meet your needs within that amount of time, then all you have to do is cancel your hosting account before the 30th day and you will receive your hosting fee back.  This does not include the domain registration fee, though, as that is non-refundable since we can not get our money back from the registrar.

    Hosting information

    Choose a username.  The username must start with alpha characters and consist only of alpha characters,
numeric characters, the minus sign '-' or underline '_'. Alpha characters must be in lower case.
The length of username should be no more than 8 characters. If the username you provide is
unavailable or unusable, one will automatically be assigned.

    All hosting plans are for 1 year and are billed every 6 or 12 months. 
You may renew or cancel after each year.

By sending in your order, you agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, promise to pay (read below) and realize that if it is a new domain (not registered yet) that there is a domain fee of $35 per year in addition to the hosting fees for that package you choose.  If you submit an order fraudulently, or as a joke or prank you will be prosecuted.
     
    Billing - PLEASE READ
By clicking the submit button, you hereby promise to pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt that you will get through email unless you send us a cancellation notice during the first 30 days.  We send 30 day invoices to the email address we have on file so please keep your contact information current.  You agree that you will pay the amount indicated (by check) on time or we will be forced to delete your domain from our system. Non-payment will always end up with a domain deletion. You will normally be billed annually or semi-annually on the anniversary date of signing up. If you are having trouble paying your bill, please let us know. Don't just stop communicating with us. I am sure that we can work something out. Remember:  We always bill on the anniversary date at the intervals specified.  If you purchase a yearly package on 8/1/01 then your next charge will be at 8/1/02 Please note that by not canceling before your billing date, you are agreeing that it is ok to charge you for another year of hosting.
